The wombats City Hostel Vienna- The Base

"The Wombats City Hostel Vienna - The Base" is the parent house of the award-winning Wombats hostels, located only 10 minutes walking from Vienna's western train station (Westbahnhof).

It can be found on a quiet street, close to Vienna´s major shopping street,  Mariahilferstraße.

The hostel offers generously sized common areas, a welcoming international atmosphere, a guest kitchen and a bar with a terrace, open daily until 2:00am.

Don't miss the Happy Hour from 18:00 to 20:00!

Choose from well-kept, functional rooms with en-suite facilities. Triple, quadruple and 6-bedded rooms are equipped with bunk beds and double rooms with double beds.

Wireless internet is available in the public areas free of charge.

A buffet breakfast is available for an additional cost during morning hours.

The reception is open 24 hours a day.

A Hostelling International membership card is not required.

The hostel starts at about 45 to 50 Euros depending on nights stayed and the season.
